The order may be cancelled before delivered due to any of the following reasons: If you increase the work after the amount mentioned in the software. You do not help us in making software your recommendations. Any other reason beyond the control of

Customer refused to take the delivery, refund would not be applicable incase of perishable Software .

Conditions: Ensure that the Software is in not installation. Cancellation and refund requests for software shall not be eligible after installation. The refund shall be processed only within week after order. Describe the problem in your own words. Without your order details processing refund would not be possible after week. the refund shall be process after 20% deduction.

Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.

Conditions: The Software ordered has not been install. No intimation regarding delayed install of software is received either by call or sms. For no installtion, the issue needs to be reported within 7 working days to Once the no install software of the order is acknowledged, the request of cancellation and refund shall be initiated by customer care.
